Airmar weather stations are specially designed for maritime applications such as racing and cruising for sailing boats and commercial fishing.

The Ultrasonic weather stations meet the growing need for real-time, site-specific weather information and provide specific data to enable organizations to monitor weather conditions on location or in remote locations. This all-in-one weather sensor measures the apparent wind speed and angle, barometric pressure, air temperature and wind cooler temperature. For applications where theoretical and apparent wind is important, the 220WX contains a 10 Hz GPS, three-axis semiconductor compass, gyro and tilt sensors. Wind measurements are not affected by problems such as those known by mechanical wind meters and weather-dependent measuring equipment such as wear of bearings, salt and dirt accumulation, all of which can lead to errors or data inaccuracies. The weather station is easy to install, either permanently, or as a portable system. They can be installed on a standard post with 1 "-14 UNS or 3/4" NPT threads. They are IPX6 watertight (units with the added relative humidity are IPX4 water resistant)

The AIRMAR 200WX Weather Station delivery includes:

• Airmar Weertstation, cable NMEA 0183 or NMEA 2000 of your choice

• The 200WX supports both CanBUS/NMEA2000^® and NMEA 0183 and incorporates an NMEA 2000^® port, and can be directly connected to a NavNet TZtouch/TZtouch2/TZtouch3. Power for the 200WX is supplied from an NMEA 2000^® bus. This unique feature allows for flexible installation of multiple NMEA 2000^® sensors without the need to run cables all the way to the main processor unit. NMEA 2000^® data is converted and distributed throughout the network.

  Standard 1" mount accommodates existing mounted hardware. The UV stabilized, compact housing is fully waterproof and resistant to both chemicals and sunlight.
