We will come across the term IPS display more often in technical specifications. This term refers to the display and stands for In-Plane-Switching. The Technology behind the IPS display has to do with the alignment of the pixels and the addition of sub-pixels. Simply said, an IPS display provides better color reproduction, higher contrast and wider viewing angles than a standard LCD display. Black should be blacker, colors should be richer and everything should be more visible from different angles, especially on a boat extremely important. An IPS display is an important factor to consider when purchasing new equipment.

Furuno has a wide range of Radar sensors. The radar itself is the heart of the integrated navigation system for many different sailing areas and demanding sailing plans that you can expand a little further. How nice is that !!!

If you want to connect a radar, you can choose from various digital Radar bars and Domes, now also in SOLID STATE DOPPLER version with 25 kW, but also with 100 and 200 kW power, which is great.

NavNet TZtouch3 contains a powerful internal 1 kW TrueEcho CHIRP ™ Fish-finder, the perfect Fish-finder for many.

If that's not enough, you can connect a 5 kW or 10 kW transducer to the BT-5 on the Deep Impact amplifier. This 2 kW or 3 kW TruEcho CHIRP ™ Fishfinder amplifier will take you to the deepest waters to find your catch which is fantastic !!!

The TZT12F can also be connected to the DFF3D Multi Beam Sonar for a great fishing option.

Normally Fishfinders transmit downwards and have a beam angle of 40˚ or less. With the DFF3D Multi Beam Sonar you will see 20˚ einen 20˚-Backbord and for 200 Meter starboard  (650+ ft). In addition, you can see fish 300 meters below the boat (nearly 1,000 feet). When combined with the Deep Impact TrueEcho CHIRP ™, you have the best fishing opportunity available!

The DFF3D Multi Beam Sonar works perfectly at 165 kHz for fishing, allowing you to see depth penetration while still displaying high-resolution echoes. Compared to an ultra-wide 40˚ transducer, you see three times the area around your boat, so you can find those fish you might have otherwise missed. In addition, you can see which side of the boat they are on!
